CHAPTER I – BEHAVIOUR
RULES
art.
1
It is undoubtedly a title of honour to be proposed for the admission
to the Club;
becoming Members is a great behaviour engagement to discharge.
Duty of the Members Presenters is to explain the new-admitted Member
rights and duties clearly stated in the Statute and in the Internal
Regulations.
art.
2
First act of the new Member is visiting the sitting President out of
kindness, if possible taken at least by one of the Members Presenters.

courtesy to introduce oneself to the present Co-members that do not
know each other.
art.
6
Each Member must inform his Guests about the behaviour rules that
regulate the Club frequentation.
art.
7
The admittance to the Club rooms is not allowed to people that,
because of age or other reasons, could cause other frequenters
inconvenience or trouble.

CHAPTER II -
CLUB ROOMS
art. 10
The Club seat includes the rooms for general use, toilet facilities
and administration office. A part of the rooms is adapted as guest
quarters and generally the relatives and guests of the Members are
exclusively allowed to enter them. Members’ wives and children
can enter the guestrooms even if not accompanied by the Members
themselves; on the contrary, the under age sons must be always
accompanied at least by their mothers.
art.
11
Exceptionally, when the rooms of the guest quarters are occupied and,
generally, after 9.00 p.m., also some rooms can be used that are
usually reserved to the Members. Anyway, the entrance to the reading,
writing rooms and to the library is always reserved to the Members.
Possible departures can be allowed by the Board, on the occasion of
social shows.
CHAPTER III -
MEETINGS and GUESTS
art. 12
Only the Members have the authority to invite to the Club their guests
they guarantee for. (see art. 6).
art.
13
The Partners’ authority to invite can be effected in two ways:
- towards the Guests to be admitted for a short period with full title
of equality in all Club rooms;
- towards Guests to be admitted to the guest quarters.
The first faculty is subject to the President’s (or anyone in
his place) concession for an inviting card for male Guest to frequent
the Club, valid not more than eight successive days and not renewable
if three months have not passed from the expiration date.
The second faculty is left to the free discretion of the Members with
the restriction to avoid the character of continuity for the same
people and not to let the rooms be entered by those as referred at
art. 7.
art.
14
Members or groups of Members are not allowed to organize invitations
that specify the periodical meeting of Associations, Firms,
Corporations or other thing for which the Club could be used as
registered office.
Besides, any meeting having political character is forbidden.
art.
15
As far as convivial meetings with more than 15 guests are concerned,
the request of booking must be addressed to the administration –
even through the Service Chief – for the previous acceptance and
approval of the menu as well as of the price.
To avoid unusable and unpleasant protests, the indicated number of
guests, always to be confirmed at least two days before, becomes the
charge basis even in case of any absences.
The Member that should desire to use the guest quarters with a group
between 5 and 15 Guests, must anyway book in time, also to avoid
possible difficulties coming from other concurrent and valid
engagements of the Club.
The Member requiring a reserved use of one or more rooms to exclusive
party is bound to ask the Board in writing and opportunely the
authorization.
All telephone booking inquiries must always be sent in time not
disturbing the good result of the table-service; therefore from 12.00
to 15.00 and from 19.00 on, the personnel is authorized not to accept
possible demands.
Finally, especially for the most important meetings, the Club reserves
to ask bookings or confirmations by letter or fax.
art.
16
The Service Chief on duty provides to let copy on the Member’s
account the amount for each meal, except for cases of direct payment.
The Service Chief himself is bound to make abide by the rules as per
art.3 and 8.

CHAPTER V -
ADMINISTRATION
art.
18
The Administration is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to
5.00 p.m.
As far as the payments are concerned, on request it is possible to
make the bank statement with enclosed receipts out to the
Member’s name: each month it is possible to receive a bank
statement with enclosed receipts.
The deposit of the partnership share must be effected in a unique
solution within the month of February.
In that occasion also the annual Club membership card will be
transmitted or given together with the receipt of payment. For the new
Members, the partnership share will be levelled to the annual one if
they are admitted in the 1st half-year, and to half annual partnership
share if they are admitted in the 2nd half-year.
The Members must consider that late payments of the partnership share
or of the guestrooms fees cause sizeable financial burdens because of
the unavoidable bank interests.
Important duty of each Member is to inform the Administration and the
head office about every change of address or telephone number as well
as of the possible fax number.
Any problem or doubt in business field can be solved or clarified if
you address yourselves to the Administration.
